




...is a rotisserie chicken restaurant by Tris Hogg (Pieminister Founder) & his partner Tess Rummer. They run the club together with their family and friends









Lunches are currently held at Tris’s family home in Montpelier, Bristol, where we built a homemade wood- and coal-fired rotisserie to cook the chickens.



Some elements change with the seasons.


The food is simple and served to share. There are no alternatives or vegetarian options. It feels a little uncompromising because it is, but that’s what makes the chicken so good.
Together with Wolf Wine we curate a small, carefully chosen European drinks list. Wines, beers, and spirits, plus a few non-alcoholic options, are selected to go perfectly with the food.
There are 22 seats across three tables; one in the kitchen, one in the garden room, and one in the cellar. You can book a whole table for your group or come as a couple. Lunch typically runs from 13:00 to 17:00.
Lunches run on selected dates throughout the year. Food is paid upfront and drinks are paid on the day.
